Lifetime Warranty:
Fixed Hybrid Zirconia Prosthesis
A/D SMART™ Protocol
We are pleased to offer a lifetime warranty on the final zirconia prosthesis provided as part of our proprietary Fixed Hybrid Treatment protocol, A/D SMART™.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the final zirconia prosthesis in the event of manufacturing defects or failure under normal usage conditions. Any cosmetic changes you request would be subject to additional fees. If a replacement zirconia arch is not viable, a substitute treatment may be provided.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
This warranty is valid only if all the following conditions are met:
- The warranty applies exclusively to zirconia final prostheses delivered by our practice as part of a Fixed Hybrid Treatment using our proprietary protocol, A/D SMART™.
- The patient must attend regular dental exams and professional cleanings every 6 months or less, as recommended by Absolute Dental Implants doctor.
- The patient must consistently wear the provided night guard during sleep to protect the prosthesis from damage caused by bruxism or other stress-related wear.
Exclusions
Certain actions or omissions by you could render the warranty null or void, including, but not limited to:
- Damage resulting from accidents, trauma, or misuse.
- Failure due to neglect, poor oral hygiene, or non-compliance with required maintenance visits as recommended by the Practice.
- Receiving treatment or repair on the prosthesis or implants from a non-Absolute Dental Implants provider.
- Failure to use a night guard when prescribed by the Practice.
- Failure to follow any other post-treatment instructions provided by the Practice.
- Termination of your status as a patient by your treating Absolute Dental Implants provider.
- Prosthesis issues related to damage or failed implants.
If the doctor determines that breakage resulted from patient behaviors or oral habits, replacement with a zirconia arch may not be an option, and an alternative treatment may be offered instead. Your rights under this warranty may also be subject to state law.
What happens if a surgical implant fails?
In the event of a surgical implant failure:
- If such failure occurs within Absolute Dental Implants’ five-year pledge period, the affected implant and prosthesis shall be covered in accordance with the terms of that pledge.
- If such failure occurs outside of the five-year pledge period, the fabrication of a new prosthesis, as well as the placement of any new implants that may be required, shall not be covered under this warranty.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our office and provide:
- Proof of compliance with the 6-month cleaning and exam schedule.
- Confirmation of night guard use.
- A clinical evaluation conducted by our team.
